Former President Donald Trump is expected to announce a class-action lawsuit Wednesday against three of the country's biggest tech companies: Facebook, Twitter and Google.
Trump will serve as the lead plaintiff in the suit, claiming he has been wrongfully censored by the companies, according to a person familiar with the action. The person spoke on condition of anonymity to share details ahead of the announcement.

My first question is will he put enough money into this to make it a serious effort, or is he just trying to score some political points and keep his name in the news.
Any company that does this should have it licenses revoked and its leaders tried for violating the 1st Amendment rights of the banned individual and all of us who back him.

I don’t “believe” in Trump. I believe in America and Trump is championing my beliefs. Simple as that.

I don’t know enough about the relevant case law to predict what his chances of prevailing are. I suspect for him to be successful, he’s going to have to find a jurist and an appellate court that is willing to build new law. Unfortunately, ‘conservative’ jurists are least likely to follow that path.
But, what I think is plainly predictable is if it looks like Big Tech might not prevail, they’d simply ‘un-ban’ Trump, mooting his case. They would surely rather lose the battle than the war.
There is no reason he should foot the bill all by himself. My first question is: how many of us will step up and support the effort?

Why not? He could throw a billion dollars at it, imagine the legal power that could be brought to bear. Going cheap, asking for donations is not leadership, nor show conviction. He was wronged and needs to act like it.

Remember, “journalists” claim they are not biased. The correct way to phrase this is “President Trump continues to claim the election was stolen and he should be President.”
All the other words are opinions about the validity of that claim. It is far from baseless. BASELESS was “Russia, Russia, Russia” we heard for 5 years.
