Prosecutors are trying to introduce evidence at trial that Kyle Rittenhouse is associated with the Proud Boys and that he had a past violent encounter on Kenosha’s lakefront.
The state filed an “other acts” motion Thursday asking the court to admit evidence at Rittenhouse’s trial for shooting three men during protests in Kenosha last August. The shooting left two men dead and another seriously injured. Rittenhouse, 18, is charged with two counts of homicide and one of attempted homicide. He and his supporters have maintained that Rittenhouse was defending himself when he shot the men.

Perhaps I’m under the mistaken impression that we enjoy freedom of association in this country. If Rittenhouse was a paid up member of the Nazi Party USA, the KKK, the Proud Boys, or the Mystic Knights of the Sea, what business is it of the prosecutors?

The guys with the guns in Kenosha that night stated that they were there to stand between the cops and the protestors and protect them.
The first guy was shot because he was pissed at the guys with guns because the first guy and others had pushed a dumpster on fire towards a gas station and the guys with guns stopped them.
Then the first guy shot chased Kyle because he thought he was one of the guys that was with the first group of guys with guns.
The prosecution is full of it.
The Shame Boys of the Left continue to act like whatever they disdain is the most evil thing ever.
Are they saying Kyle is an undercover FBI agent?
Far as I can tell...Proud Boys are good guys and good patriots.

The prosecution has already peed off the judge by trying to use deception for the purpose of exposing where Kyle and his mother are living. That in order to let the people who have threatened to kill him know where to find him.
This also sounds like a lie and if Kyle’s lawyers are any good they will expose this deception in court too.
It is the juries that you really have to watch out for. They have the IQ of an ashtray and they only follow political correctness.
If there is any photographs of the Proud Boys and Rittenhouse in the bar, and considering he was there by invitation,
it would be legally appropriate to determine if any of the Proud Boys there were confidential informants (CI) or actual FBI agents.
Think : "Entrapment".
Lefty said he wanted to kill Kyle as the other two dirt nappers would have if they had a chance before Kyle drilled them. BTW,there is nothing wrong with the Proud Boys because they are protected Constitutionally. Antifa and BLM hide like cowards behind the Constitution and p*ssy politicians. I got called on one (pretty minor) case for a jury trial. I’m not bragging at all, just stating a fact...I’m honest to a fault. The prosecution was salivating over getting me on that jury. I learned a lot that week. I was the hold out for prosecution, had to battle two of the dumbest, emotion driven women....In the deliberation room I just kept repeating the facts and those women became increasingly hysterical. I was a young woman and I tell you, I was embarrassed by them. Prosecution won. The men on the jury all shook my hand at the end and the little birdbrains glared at me.
I think he means that Enrique Tarrio (sic?), one of the leaders, was indeed a FBI informer.
Yeah, but Rittenhouse only shot other white guys.
If it can be showed that Rittenhouse’s older brother knows someone who knows a Prod Boy’s sister then Rittenhouse must be guilty.
