If he did that, that’s on him and not on Trump. Trump has proven himself to be completely innocent.

Anything is a crime if you support Trump. Nothing is a crime if you oppose him.

So in Banana Republics there’s usually a payoff you can float to get out of the inevitable “ju did not pay jour taxes” extortion gig.

How much is Vance pushing for?

The “in kind” compensation rap is a joke and is only used by thug persecutors who know that it’s going to be difficult to pin it on the mark. So they usually have a back out plan that makes it easy on everyone. Guess we’ll be hearing bout that in a bit as the Regime Media tries to spin the beneificence of the Great Oz.

He’s not rolling over on Trump.

This is corrupt prosecutors and media selling “boob bait” to progressives and Trump haters.

The haters never stop believing in fairy tales. The current fairy tale is putting people named Trump in prison.

No President in US history has been put in prison. Its never happened before and it won’t happen now. If it did, people would get hurt real bad.

When the IRS finds an unreported income case (involving people not involved with Donald J.) they conduct an audit and assess back taxes, interest and penalty. It is not treated as a crime, but a civil matter.

This is total B.S. I can only assume they brought these ridiculous charges to try to get this man to "turn" on Trump the way his contemptible former lawyer did.

If he was friends with Hunter Biden, he’d be a Cabinet Secretary

Guy got tax refunds on money he paid in taxes just like anyone else, and it says he “raked in thousands” in tax refunds.

Ok.

I wonder if they think the 75 year old man will give them something on Trump if they lean on him hard enough.

he should implicate Hunter and say he kicked 10% up to the Big Guy (Biden) and he’d skate.

So, being indicted for not paying taxes on fringe benefits? Are they going to go after Chelsea Clinton and the Clinton Foundation? I am sure she didn’t pay taxes on her wedding dress or wedding expenses paid by the foundation.

One benefit being a free parking space !!! Now I am sure the DA Vance has a reserved free parking space in the government building he is in.Did he report that as income?

In 2019, on a salary of $219,000 he spent over $250,000 in travel and meals. He claims it was all work related. So a weeks stay in Paris at a $3000 a night hotel was work related? So let’s say it was. What justifies a $3000 night hotel? He could have stayed at a Hilton. Seems to me that upgraded room was a fringe benefit. Did he declare the difference in cost between that room and a Hilton on his taxes? Doubt it.
