SCOTUS's ruling today means that Arizona's 2020 election was conducted UNLAWFULLY because the Ninth Circuit was totally wrong to intervene and order the law suspended during the election. In short, SCOTUS allowed a valid voting integrity law to remain suspended altering the outcome of the election. This is another reason for the AZ legislature to decertify the election results, not only for POTUS, but also Congressional races. This also makes it easier to disregard ballot stuffing found by the audit.
The next step is for AZ to file a writ of quo warranto with SCOTUS to, at a minimum, nullify the AZ Senate results and flip the U.S. Senate, and other offices could be requested vacated as well.

An anonymous source?! Boy howdy does that ever deserve a BOMBSHELL and a BREAKING.
I’ll be on pins and needles awaiting the swift action on behalf of the Biden DOJ.

What in Article III of the U.S. Constitution denies a state the right to file a writ of quo warranto if one or more of its Congresscritters were certified as the winner of an election because of fraud?

US Congress are FEDERAL offices. Once installed, the states can't recall them. There is plenty of case law on this. You could look it up in two minutes. (And don't use Gateway Pundit as one of your legal sources)

Sorry Sport. This isn't about a recall. This is a writ of quo warranto that the person certified is an illegitimate poser. Exactly because these were elections for federal offices is why the federal courts could hear the cases. If the state AG files the action, it could be brought directly at SCOTUS as part of its original jurisdiction in conjunction with the All Writs Act, rather than the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia were jurisdiction otherwise lies.

By the time that case wound itself through the courts it would be time to focus on 2022, then 2024...

It's kind of cute when people use constitutional law and precedent to defend the unconstitutional and unprecedented theft of a national election.

Not if the petition for the writ is made by a state to SCOTUS as part of its original jurisdiction under Article III. States can file lawsuits with SCOTUS, and that was done for a reason.
