Are they going to do this proportional to the number of slaves who went to each of these areas? I mean hundreds of thousands more African slaves were sent to Europe, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean, than ever set foot in the United States!
Or, like usual, does the UN plan on America paying based on their per capita of today, instead of their participation rate of LESS THAN 10% of all African slaves came to America?!? OBVIOUSLY, that was a rhetorical question...we all know the actual answer!
