“Oh, by the way, the California state laws have just been declared unconstitutional.”

Yes. And that judgment overturned by the Ninth Circus, and then stayed pending SCOTUS ruling, and keep your fingers crossed ‘cuz Roberts...

It never ends in CA.

I remain perplexed as to why any state has authority over a Constitutionally protected right that was in place when said State agreed to the Constitution upon entry into the Union. Does this mean they can redefine any other Constitutional right they so choose? I think not. So why are they allowed to do somon the Second Amendment? As for ATF authority, they are degrading citizens abilities to defend themselves from potential tyranny whichnis also unconstitutional.

State Prosecutor better be careful; might have a house fire and crews be, uh, “unable” to respond in time.

Firefighters are some of the best guys, but they’ve got one HELL of a fraternity; you mess up with one of their own, and your pain may never end.

Consider well how eager you’d be to piss off a group that has 20 days off every month to plan, and carry out, your downfall

Yeah. Since when does Federalism admit trampling The Bill of Rights?

Probably goes back to that Wickard v Filburn or other such SCOTUS bullshyte.
