I remain perplexed as to why any state has authority over a Constitutionally protected right that was in place when said State agreed to the Constitution upon entry into the Union. Does this mean they can redefine any other Constitutional right they so choose? I think not. So why are they allowed to do somon the Second Amendment? As for ATF authority, they are degrading citizens abilities to defend themselves from potential tyranny whichnis also unconstitutional.
