I hadn't thought of that but at the same time, look at who is saying it. If Rand Paul was saying it instead of Mitt Romney, I'd be inclined to agree with you.

tells me they're worried.

Nope. It doesn't even matter what is found in AZ. The narrative has been set. Even IF widespread fraud is found somewhere, it won't change a darn thing. No, you won't get stronger election laws out of this, either. As we see in Georgia, the leftist marxists will sue to stop stronger laws, and chances are, they will win. They have already won the war of words. Mark mine - nothing is going to change over any audit.

https://www.nkytribune.com/2019/10/trey-grayson-named-executive-director-of-the-aspen-institutes-rodel-fellowships-in-public-leadership/

“A recognized leader in election modernization, Grayson, the youngest Secretary of State in the country at the time of his election, later served as president of the National Association of Secretaries of State and was appointed, as a Republican, by President Obama to the Presidential Commission on Election Administration. He was a founding board member of Democracy Works and the Center for Election Innovation and Research.

Grayson more recently returned to his alma mater, Harvard University, as director of the Kennedy School’s Institute of Politics.”

https://www.influencewatch.org/organization/transition-integrity-project/

“The Transition Integrity Project is a nominally bipartisan but functionally left-progressive and Democratic-leaning group of political and media figures that convened in the summer of 2020 to conduct simulations of the 2020 presidential election, including potential reactions by Republican President Donald Trump and Democratic candidate Joe Biden.”

“The Project was created in late 2019 “out of concern that the Trump administration may seek to manipulate” the 2020 election. While the group of over 100 former campaign staffers and government officials included representatives from both the Republican and Democratic parties, the Project’s main participants, including Republicans, were united by opposition to President Trump and concerns that he would not leave office if he lost the presidential election.”

...

“Former Kentucky Secretary of State Trey Grayson became co-chair of former U.S. Representative Gabrielle Giffords’ (D-AZ) gun-control-advocacy political action committee in 2012. [17] In 2014, he became president of the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce.”

https://statesuniteddemocracy.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/6.22.21-SUDC-Report-re-Cyber-Ninjas-Review-FINAL.pdf

“In contrast to official procedures in Arizona and best practices around the country, the Cyber Ninjas review suffers from a variety of maladies: uncompetitive contracting, a lack of impartiality and partisan balance, a faulty ballot review process, inconsistency in procedures, an unacceptably high level of error built into the process, and insufficient security. A general lack of transparency and communication also makes it difficult to evaluate the review fully as one would an official recount or audit, and it undermines rather than establishes confidence in the election system and the review itself. Because it lacks the essential elements of a bona fide post-election analysis, the review currently underway in Maricopa County will not produce findings that should be trusted.”

“We base our opinions on our analysis of relevant materials including federal statutes and Arizona state statutes, state contracts with the firms conducting the review, presentation materials and manuals developed by the firms, legal documents such as court filings, public letters between state and county officials, media coverage including newspaper and television coverage, video briefings by spokespeople for the review and experts who observed the review, live streamed video from the Coliseum, and our expertise in election administration practices.”

So, based upon not much.

I hope you're wrong.

I do too, but the truth is, we don't need to guess or play what if's. All we need do is look at history, particularly over the last 8 months, and last 4 years.

We got our President in 2016, which only brought the establishment to life, and we lost our Country.

“Yep. Running interference for AZ.”

Exactly. What they are doing is setting up the narrative “Well, the only problems were in Arizona. There is no proof that happened here in .......”

he so-called “audit” of the election results in that state

the so-called "reporters" have spoken. Audits are not really audits if not approved by the so-called "reporters"

So far Trump and his legal team have failed to prove wide spread voter fraud in spectacular fashion in a while pile of court rooms. So far all I have seen from Trump and people on this board is a lot of conspiracies that have gone down in flames.

From the looks of this "article", I would guess the Maricopa audit is going badly for the Scumocrats.

And they know it.

Hence, the wheel-to-wheel Media artillery suddenly pounding "The Big Lie".

They weren't two weeks ago...

Regarding Arizona, a report co-authored by former Kentucky Secretary of State Trey Grayson criticized the so-called “audit” of the election results in that state

More gaslighting. They are almost at scream level as the truth gets closer and closer to coming out. How pathetic the democrat rhetoric is in denying me as a thinking moral person.
