New York prosecutors have told former President Donald Trump's attorneys and those working for the Trump Organization that they must respond by Monday with any last arguments as to why criminal charges shouldn't be filed against his family business.
The Washington Post, citing two people familiar with the matter, said the deadline was another strong signal that Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance and New York Attorney General Letitia James are considering criminal charges against the company as an entity.
On Friday, the New York Times reported that Vance could announce charges against the Trump Organization and its chief financial officer, Allen Weisselberg, as soon as next week.

Interesting timing for them to do this. The Maricopa Audit results in Arizona mare to be released this week most likely showing Trump won the state.

Remember that this POS Vance Saw No Evil when it came to Rapin Harvey Weinstein, and that Spew York AG Cialis James promised to "find the crime" when it came to the Trumps.
In the case of a POS like James, I wouldn't have a problem with the one who was being attacked finding a "permanent" solution to her shenanigans.
Have never heard of a circumstance in which a potential criminal Defendant was given a deadline to beg a prosecutor not to file charges. In effect the Defendant is being asked to take up an entirely fictitious new role of Un-Prosecutor tasked with proving himself Not Guilty, the prosecutor is usurping the role of the Grand Jury for no other reason than to embark upon a fishing expedition to haul back to port all documents and other evidence the Defendant coughs up to this modern day Star Chamber, and the right to remain silent is being thrown right out the window!
Notice that you don’t hear a whisper of “Defund the Prosecutors”...

Here we go again with the print fake news gold medalist, The Washington ComPost, citing two unnamed, anonymous people "familiar" with the matter. That means absolutely nothing when it comes to real reporting or journalism. If you are citing them, then name them. Otherwise, this is all blowing smoke.
For a long time they made it sound like they were going to file criminal charges against Trump himself. Now that has disintegrated into "potential" criminal charges against the corporation.
And the notion by the authors that this is a "strong signal" that Vance and James are "considering" criminal charges against the Trump company is hyperbole. They have been investigating this for months, if not years, and we have heard the same intentions many times before.
To me it is an indication that they are getting desperate because they couldn't get the CEO to roll over. Much like kids who double dare each other to get them to do something stupid.
These people literally hate Trump. I'm sure Trump is not quaking in his shoes over this. Seems like more of an accounting issue than a real crime.
If this is not demonically inspired persecution I don’t know what is.

After the release of the Mueller Report, Trump should have IMMEDIATELY arrested dozens of people - from Schiff, Nadler, Comey and Clinton, to Zuckerburg, Dorsey, others. For abuse of power (FISA, Section 230, campaign violations), treason, defrauding the public.
Instead - we haven't even gotten the Durham report.

This is how a communist or fascist regime operates. James, an ambitious Trump hating leftist and Vance, a corrupt Trump-hating sleazeball are doing a coordinated “hi-lo” legal smear and attack job. Both have political ambitions so they will sacrifice anyone to get them.
