Yes, you are correct about NH.

However didn't they do a statewide hand count in GA and the ballots matched the machine tallies?

You must be kidding. These states all have provisions to do hand recounts. In some states it’s done automatically when the margin is very narrow. In other cases the cost of the recount must be paid by the candidate who calls for the recount.

If these computers were switching votes and the computer totals didn’t match the paper ballots, then why the hell didn’t the Trump campaign demand recounts in all the swing states?

Post #99 explains why they didn’t. Because the computers weren’t the problem … and a hand recount accomplishes nothing when THE BALLOTS THEMSELVES are the source of the fraud.
