Nobody actually looks at the paper ballots. They run them through a machine and the machine tells them what they are. That’s why the NH audit where they hand counted them showed the machines had a huge error rate that favored Democrats.

They GA hand count did not match the machine tallies in many counties but the election officials were told to go with the original number.
