No. There have been many cases where this has happened; people dying after either the first or second shot. Vaccines have been pulled when just several people died. Those COVID vaccines are not a vaccine but experimental genetic modifiers.

Apparently, 25 to 50 deaths is usually enough to pull a vax. Here there are as many as 4000 to 6000 deaths so far.
