House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) on Friday sent a strong signal to President Joe Biden that his demand to tie a multi-trillion reconciliation package to the bipartisan infrastructure deal has very little chance of passing the House of Representatives.
“I think my members need a chiropractor ‘cause they got whiplash after watching the president yesterday say there was a deal and say there was no deal, say: ‘You can have a deal on the trillion dollars on infrastructure, but you’ve got to vote for $5 trillion at the same time too, and you’ve got to raise taxes on everybody, and you’ve got to have a green new deal,’” McCarthy said in a press conference.
“I don’t think that’s going to work. I don’t think that’s going to pass. I think they killed any opportunity. I think it was disingenuous in every shape and form,” the House Republican leader added.

Biden does what he is told no matter how stupid it is. The Communists are in the drivers seat now no matter what we think. Its going to be a job and a half to dislodge them. Their ‘bench’ is wide and deep.

I think it is around 28 trillion and counting now?
And that’s just the official debt. Unfunded liabilities are tens of trillions more.
But from what I hear, Joe and Democrats are planning to run annual deficits of up to 2 trillion a year, which then gets added to the cumulative debt.
And if we stay in crisis mode because of the virus, who knows if more multi trillion dollar relief packages will be passed? If they are, they will be over and above all this infrastructure spending.
Well McCarthy, F’You for even talking to these crooks. Scum, all of them are just scumbags.
The most astounding aspect of this train wreck is that Kevin McCarthy was surprised by getting screwed by the Democrats.

Why would anyone, foreign leaders as well as American ones, engage with Biden on any type of negotiation? He is a duplicitous back-stabber and his word is worthless.
If some were unwilling to face up to this before, it’s becoming more and more impossible to avoid, without coming out looking like an absolute, complete chump.
Apparently only pubbies in DC are this stupid.
