Israel's Health Ministry registered 148 new coronavirus cases on Wednesday, the highest daily increase since May, as the infectious delta variant makes further headway across the country. Israel decided to reinstate indoor mask mandate as of next week.
A senior official with Pfizer Israel said Thursday that the company's vaccine is 90 percent effective in preventing symptomatic coronavirus cases, and 95 percent effective in preventing serious cases that require hospitalization. However, the effectivity of the vaccine in preventing infection and transmission is still unclear.
The northern city of Binyamina has been declared "red" on Israel's so-called traffic light system, reflecting a relatively high rate of coronavirus infection, amid a new uptick in cases.
Prof. Ran Balicer, the chief of the professional coronavirus cabinet which advises the Israel's coronavirus cabinet, told Kan public radio that he believes that there will be more localities to face restrictions in the coming days, but played down the prospects of a further lockdown.
Earlier, Prof. Chezy Levy, the director general of the Health Ministry, told the radio station that the ministry will soon know the breakdown of the numbers – how many of those diagnosed had returned from abroad, for instance, and how many were unvaccinated children. But, he added that "the wave of infections is continuing regardless."
When asked how many of the new coronavirus patients have been vaccinated, Levy said that "We're looking at a rate of 40 to 50 percent," and said that the figure is concerning.

Israel has a population of 10 million. 150 is nothing. Notice how they did not mention deaths. Their 7-Day Death average is less than One (1).

Quick fact: if you put ‘vaccine’ in quotes, that makes it not a vaccine.
Breakthrough cases and the Pfizer/Moderna only confers protection for about 6 months, less than that for new variants. And Influenza H1N1 is also back, which can cause false positives on Covid 19 tests.

40% of 148 is around 60 cases in how many vaccinated individuals? millions. The vaccine is 95% effective not 100%. there are still more cases in the much smaller unvaccinated population than in the vaccinated. The vaccine works just fine
The vaccines do not prevent you from getting infected with the Wuhan virus.
They only help your body fight the more serious health issues that come with being infected by the Wuhan virus.
Until people can get this clear in their heads, I am not interested in their ignorance-driven hysteria.
This doctor is telling the truth. I have never recommended these m-RNA vaccines and have not given any. Out of those who did receive them elsewhere, the damage has been done, especially in the state of Oregon which was mandating two of these vaccinations within THREE WEEKS.
I have seen deaths, seizures, cognitive issues, pulmonary issues, cardiac and renal pathologies. Also simple wounds that do not heal for months if at all. The state was pushing them on all healthcare workers in February and then February 23 passed a law saying state was not responsible for injuries incurred and put it on the workplace as a JOB INJURY.
So they KNEW in February that there were many major adverse effects.
