He sucked from before the 2016 election. When the pussygate tape was released he met with Ryan and tried to bump Trump unto he blew that out of the water by putting several of Clinton’s rape victims on the front row of the debate.
Then it was Pence who was convinced by Sally Yates that Mike Flynn lied. He rushed to a camera and said Flynn lied although he did not. He pushed for McMaster for NSC.
He knew Trump was not a Russian spy by say there silently during the Mueller farce.
He did not whip the Senate into line. He did not say a word about the turtle refusing to let the Senate go into recess so Trump could not make recess appointments.
He screwed up covid. His staffers were mixed in with Vindman and testified against Trump in the first impeachment.
He chimed in against stopping the communist BLM/antifa riots. He knew the steal was in effect but took the cowards way out.
He was never a good veep. Pence was to Trump as Bush was to Reagan. A deep state insurance policy.

People that have followed Politics on the National level knew Pence was going to stab Trump the first time he thought he would get away with it.
Pence also assured Dems was he was with them in the crucial days immediately after the Election. Dems made comments indicating they knew Trump didn’t have support in the Senate and by key Republicans.
Later, the entire Leadership tried to back and shadow Cheney, only to retreat due to polling.
