If you refilter the study for city dwellers vs rural -you’ll find that black people don’t have as many cars because they live in the city where they don’t NEED cars.

This also leads to much more traffic congestion and crosswalk traffic then you’d get in rural and suburb areas.

I’m sure if you go back and look at pedestrian deaths in suburbs that’s you’ll find white people die at 90% the rate of black people.
