Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (R) said on Sunday that “not much was accomplished, but no damage was done” during President Biden’s meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday.
Christie said on ABC's “This Week” that while he didn't believe Biden accomplished much, the president avoided any major mistakes.
“I think the bar was low because he didn't get in conflicts with anybody. There wasn't any kind of difficult moments except for the one with Kaitlan Collins,” Christie said, referring to a heated exchange when the CNN White House reporter asked Biden why he was confident Putin would change.

Christie grates on me like cheese. Many years ago he seemed tolerable, then each year he has slipped to the point of being GOPe non-grata.

No damage? Well, under the circumstances, I suppose that’s the most we can hope for. But, I think there was in that Biden displayed so much weakness, it’s surprising that every world leader didn’t call home and instruct their military to start taking whatever objectives they wanted as there would be no penalty for doing so.
Ya, except for showing the world that America has no leadership, no resolve, providing a list of our major vulnerabilities, and are willing to be the world’s piggy bank.
Christie is the reason we got stuck with Wray as FBI Director. Wray was the fat one’s lawyer on the ridiculous Bridgegate matter - he got him off and in return, Christie who had endorsed Trump, used a chit to get Wray appointed. Another example of stupid personnel moves by Trump and one that continues to wreak havoc on our country today.
So the standard for our president is now “no damage done”?

Biden talked tough to the Press but he was really a punching bag.
No harm done, right. Just like Kennedy and Kruschev’s first meeting. No harm done.
