Arizona Audit Finishes With Hand Count, Closing In on End of Paper Evaluation - 2020 election audit in Arizona’s largest county projected to end by June 26

The 2020 election audit in Arizona’s largest county is projected to end by June 26, officials said in a new update.

Audit teams, led by Florida-based Cyber Ninjas, finished counting virtually all of the nearly 2.1 million ballots earlier this week, except for under 100 braille ballots.

Workers were shifted to performing evaluation measures on the ballots after they finished the counting.

Teams are looking at “anything related to whether the ballot was authentic,” Ken Bennett, the former Arizona secretary of state who is serving as the state Senate’s audit liaison, told The Epoch Times last week.

That includes examining ballots said to have been mailed in for folds, using microscopic cameras to determine whether marks on the ballots are properly aligned, and looking at the depression made in the oval to try to figure out whether it was filled out by hand or by a machine.

Workers are also recounting some boxes of ballots as a sampling method to compare to the original count, Randy Pullen, a former Arizona Republican Party chairman who is another spokesman for the audit, told reporters.

Pullen declined to give an estimate on how many ballots are left to inspect, but at the current rate of examining over 100,000 ballots per day, auditors except to complete the evaluation phase by June 26, Bennett’s team said Wednesday night.

Auditors have been conducting the audit at Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Phoenix since April, after the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors refused to let the election review take place at county offices. Hundreds of machines used in the 2020 election were transported to the coliseum, which is about 1.5 miles from the state Capitol, along with the ballots cast in the contest.

The Arizona Senate has control of the coliseum through June 30.

After auditors complete their work, they’re expected to take about a week to compile their findings, according to a scope of work document published by Cyber Ninjas.

Teams are still examining data pulled from the machines as the ballot evaluation continues, according to Bennett.

A final decision has not yet been made as to a proposal to pull in a California-based nonprofit to tabulate votes using ballot images.

“Still working on that,” Bennett recently told The Epoch Times.

If the proposed work happens, the Arizona Senate would have three sets of numbers to compare—the original tabulation, the auditors’ figures, and the nonprofit’s tabulation.

Arizona senators have said they’ll use the findings from the audit to inform future election integrity bills. The Arizona Senate ordered the audit in December 2020, citing public concerns about how the 2020 election was run.

the value in this audit isn’t that it will overturn the results. there is zero chance of that. the value will be exposing the god-only-knows how many vulnerabilities there are in the process so the vote can be secured and future elections less riddled with shenanigans.

I think it’s hilarious that they have to buy new voting machines. Serves them right.

“Arizona senators have said they’ll use the findings from the audit to inform future election integrity bills.”

And if that is all that actually comes of it then the cheaters win.

So what happens if the shenanigans are proven? One would hope that even Ducey would have to get on board and order a full investigation. Maybe

Then you have Kelly’s election in limbo. And possibly a thorough look at how Hobbs got in there.

That's right. The article is a little misleading. The forensic audit of the actual votes is done, but the full audit is not finished. It was stated in the beginning that once the audit of the actual votes was done, they would begin the canvas. That is the part that has the Dems worried. With the forensic audit, they just resort to their name calling - CyberNinjas isn't a REAL forensic group, just look at their name- and claim the forensic teams were partisan. They can't do that with the canvas. When they show 1000 ballots were registered form a PO Box, which is illegal, or 5000 from a vacant lot, they can't run from taht.

For about the millionth time, there is no provision in the Constitution to undo an election. The Constitution provides two opportunities before the inauguration: state legislatures voting on its electors and Congress certifying the results. It's done. The AZ state senate has been very clear about this audit. They have stated the purpose of the audit is to fix what may have gone wrong and it won't be used to change the outcome of the election. Please be aware, that only Maricopa County is being audited, which is about half of the state vote. They would need to do a full statewide audit and it isn't going to happen.

I realize the fraud would be in Maricopa County, but not necessarily all of it.

I'm intrigued there are about 200,000 or so blank ballots on a pallet according to Biggs, I believe. I read in the conservative treehouse that the report may not be ready until October and the audit team said all findings will be released then and not piecemeal.

I think it might be the start of a popular uprising...that said. The Senator Mark Kelly could be installed by a Federal court...that has happened before. As for the Presidential race it begins to knock the legs out from under Biden and if one falls they all fall. Then come the calls for resignation/impeachment and replacement. All that can be done constitutionally.

Prove enough fraud in enough states and fatally wound/delegitimize the Obiden crime syndicate.

Let the administration of Obama's boy be forever marked with a *, the shame of a stolen election.

“For about the millionth time, there is no provision in the Constitution to undo an election. “

The Electoral College is the “fail safe” mechanism in the Constitution with respect to presidential elections. It was expected the electors chosen by the states would be virtuous citizens with belief in individual liberty and the republican system of government. They did not anticipate the immorality and partisan nature of politics today or the two party system which corrupted the selection of electors.

Under the Constitution each elector is free to make a reasoned decision and vote his/her conscience. If the elector suspects the choice of the people is corrupt, doesn’t believe in individual liberty, and is highly likely to be a tyrant, the elector can cast his her vote for another candidate. This action has been taken occasionally by individual electors but the number of electors voting for another candidate than the one they are elected to support has never been enough to swing an election.

If we lived in a world where men and women of the caliber, virtue, knowledge and reasoning ability of our founding fathers served as electors, it would be impossible for a corrupt, senile, and intellectually bankrupt political hack such as Biden to be elected. Sadly, the entire Congress of today cannot hold a candle to one of the people who signed the Declaration of Independence and Constitution.

The immorality and corruption of the political process, as well as most of our public and private institutions today, is the real problem in America. It took decades for the rot to be created and set in. It will take extremely hard times and suffering, plus decades of recovery for the rot to be removed.

“...no provision in the Constitution to undo an election...”

I am not an expert in anything, but I can read and usually understand. My take on the Constitution is that what has happened in this fraudulent election is that it is uncharted territory - the Constitution is silent. The Constitution is quite clear that in such cases the various states take responsibility to correct.

Dave, there are an infinite number of things for which there is no provision in the Constitution. That's why we have the 9th and 10th Amendments.

I don't expect Biden to be removed from office due to being fraudulently elected. He will remain in office because of the cowardice and corruption that prevails in this country today. But the fact there is no mechanism in the Constitution explaining how to remove a fraudulently elected president is irrelevant.
