Former President Donald Trump on Wednesday came as close as he’s ever been to conceding his 2020 election loss in an interview with Fox News host Sean Hannity, also claiming he is rooting for President Joe Biden’s success on the world stage.
Trump said that although he did “much better” in 2020 than he did in 2016 in terms of total votes, “we didn’t win,” adding that the result was “shocking.”

Depends on the context.
If 'didn't win' means, President Trump is not in the White House, but Biden the impostor is - that is true.
And 'shocked about the results' - I suppose industrial grade voter fraud could be perceived as shocking. But I think the shocking part was really the way that the Judicial System turned out to be crooked, and most of the State Legislatures turned out to be abject cowards. Yeah, that was 'shocking to find out'...

I clicked on the rag. Believe it or not, they’re misrepresenting his remarks in which he seems to use “win” in the context of occupying the Oval Office. They point out his “baseless claims” of voter fraud earlier in the interview.
