The foreign policy and dealing with the aggressive actions by Iran, North Korea, Russia and the worst---China, will be nightmarish and terrifying.
Like the novel Being There by Jerzy Kosinski, she has no real qualifications and was pushed higher and higher--in her case as an affirmative action quota candidate, inferior to each person she passed on the way up. No one in primaries wanted her as the presidential candidate vs. the others.
She can push idiotic Marxist lunacy onto others like AOC and the Squad, to people afraid to stand up to her.
Now she is about to became the President of the United States.

This is why so many presidents pick scary VPs. Agnew, Gore, Biden, Bush, Harris, Cheney, etc. It’s a great insurance policy against getting bumped off.

Biden will muddle through until the 2022 election as president, or he won't.
The repubs will regain control of both houses in 2022. Trump will run for Congress in Florida. He will win and be elected Speaker of the House.
If Biden is still there, he will be impeached.
If Harris is president, she will be impeached.
Speaker of the House becomes president.

Good point but I doubt LBJ was Kennedy’s pick at all.
They hated each other. JFK said Johnson embodied everything he hated about Washington politics. Bobby Kennedy called him an ogre. Regularly.
LBJ said they were a “pair of new england sissy boys”.
It was well known around DC, but not to the public, the media (ABC, NBC, CBS at that time) kept it quiet, already in the tank for democrats.
JFK had a list of about 8 or 10 people to pick from. The night of the primaries when he knew he had the nomination in the bag, he called a meeting of those people, to tell them ahead of time who his running mate would be, and let them know what cabinet appointments they would be getting, to avoid political enemies.
LBJ barged in an hour before that and demanded a meeting of his own, it was just him, Bobby and JFK. Lasted 20 minutes or so, those who were there said when they left the room JFK was practically in tears, and LBJ was his running mate. Huge shocker around DC, he was definitely the LAST person JFK would ever pick and that was widely known, they hated each other.
The public never heard a word about it.
Nobody knows what was said, the 3 of them never talked and long ago they were all dead. The best anyone can guess is blackmail. That or bribery were the only two ways LBJ would be able to do it and he didn’t have anywhere near the money to bribe a Kennedy. But he knew about JFK and his nonstop chasing women, everybody but John Q Public knew it. The press hid it for him quite nicely. Nixon could have derailed his attempt if he could have gotten any publicity o the idea that JFK ran around on his wife ona daily basis, which was true. But the press wouldn’t touch it.
My guess is, and it’s only a guess, Johnson told JFK he would go public about is philandering - and he probably had pictures to back up his claims, or audio tapes - unless LBj was to be his running mate. JFK probably had no choice but to give in and name him running mate, or face political ruin.
Never mind the fact that LBJ was almost as bad, a few onths after he took over his wife Lady Bird walked into the oval office and caught him screwing his secretary on the couch. He tried to blame the secret service for not stopping her, they told him that was not their job. He installed a “panic button”, and ordered them to use it whenever his wie headed for the oval office. That was not the only time she caught him red handed, according to what I’ve been able to find, she caught him at least 4 or 5 times. Jackie caught FK at least 3 or 4 times too, although not “in the act” as far as I know. Lady Bird walked in on LBJ at least 3 or 4 times from what I can tell, she definitely found out about him with other women at least 5 times. “Several” was the word usually used.
Off topic, when LBJ died, a reporter went to his ranch covering the aftermath or not long afterward. He noticed there were pictures all over the house of LBJ with every world leader you can think of. Not one picture of JFK anywhere to be found.
They hated each other. LBJ was never supposed to be his VP at all. Kennedy tried to keep him out of the way and make sure he never had any power, give LBJ any power and in 2 weeks he would be running the entire town, he was a tyrant. JFK knew it and kept him way in the background. If you look at pictures during JFK’s admin, LBJ almost always had this dog faced look like he hated even being in the room. That’s why. JFK knew he had to keep him out of the picture as much as possible.
Very interesting tale of those two...if you can find it, the boopk “The Dark side of Camelot” is great, one of the best researched books I’ve ever read, boatloads of good information. the author interviewed everyone he could find who was anywhere near DC while Kennedy was a politician, before and after he was elected. He also went into how his father bought him the Illinois vote, Joe Kennedy’s mob ties, etc. One thing that was left out was the vote fraud in Texas though.
