I don’t understand these people who do ZOOM calls in various states of undress. I am clothed unless I’m in the shower or sleeping in my pajamas. Once I get out of bed, I get dressed. I would never do a ZOOM call with jacket and tie and no pants. The guy in this story just looks like a slob.

My home office is in the basement. It needs to be about 90 degrees outside for me to even wear a short sleeve shirt. While I’ve dressed down for a couple things, never to the level of not wearing pants.

You shame me. I’ve had non-business Zoom meetings by the dozens. I was going to have my first business one tomorrow with jacket, tie and sweats

Good stuff.

For anyone who wants to know this is one version of the origin of your screen name: (showing your expertise in discussing trousers on Zoom)——

The sans-culottes were the working-class people of Paris, so named because they wore long trousers (pantaloons) rather than the knee-breeches favored by the aristocracy.
