A survey of U.S. members of the American Academy of Ophthalmology shows that more than 96 percent are fully vaccinated...
"As data and science-driven individuals, it's not especially surprising that nearly all ophthalmologists are vaccinated," said David W. Parke II, MD, Academy CEO. "The data is clear, the COVID-19 vaccines are safe and effective. It's also clear that getting as many Americans vaccinated as quickly as possible is the path out of this crisis. We encourage everyone to get vaccinated to reduce the risk of disease transmission and the emergence of new coronavirus variants."
Of the 8,000 members surveyed, 871 completed the online questionnaire. The survey was conducted from May 14 through June 8 and has a confidence level of 95 percent +/- 3 percent.

All that I can say is that eye doctors probably know little more about genetics than your average college graduate with a bachelors degree in biology, it is not their area of expertise. It’s amazing that they would use a group like that to push their experimental vaccine.
Never, ever confuse the level of education with the ability to think, discern, and have common sense.

After being evaluated by the paramedics, I started Benadryl and prednisone thinking I was having an allergic reaction. Within the next 24 hours, I developed intense burning, tingling and numbness in my face, tongue and limbs as well as a tight bandlike constriction around my chest.
I had a headache, chest pain, dizziness, twitching, tremor and a sense of a vibration throughout my body. I felt somewhat disoriented and had difficulty getting out the right words. I had severe fatigue and could not get out of bed or eat for the next week. I sought medical care from many physicians who had never heard of this reaction. I went through extensive medical testing and no obvious abnormalities were found. Eventually, lab tests showed signs of mast cell activation.
I continue to experience intense painful paresthesias especially in my face, scalp, eyes and mouth but also throughout my body for five months now. I am on multiple medications to help decrease the intensity of the pain. The medications do not always control my symptoms. To this day, I do not have a diagnosis and have not found physicians in my community who know anything about what has happened to me.
I have reported my symptoms multiple times to VAERS, Pfizer, the FDA, CDC with no response. I am one of many with similar reactions who have been evaluated by neurologists at the NIH. I have gathered a group of 110 people with similar reactions and we have a private Facebook group.
It has been a terrifying experience. I have lost 5 months of my life being very ill and do not know if I will recover.
mRNA vaccines have been in the works for decades.
Why was none of them ever approved, other than for experimental use?

I am really impressed by these data driven high education types.
They are so smart they have figured out the long term effects of these vaccines despite only a year of testing.
They must be using some sort of ESP or precognition—hopefully with new scientific advances it will be possible for average folks to share these mental abilities.
The Republican base needs to face up to the reality that nothing the Bush Crime Family did ever helped Americans. All the degenerate GWB did was steal our freedoms, enrich himself and his family,, and grind up our young men and women overseas for war profits. Everyone should hate the Bush family with a passion.
This is silly propaganda. almost 90% of ophthalmologists realized they would open themselves up to abuse if they admitted they won’t get the ‘vaccination’ so they didn’t respond to the survey at all.

Take the time to sit down with staff to answer their questions and concerns about the vaccine. Fear and misinformation are among the biggest drivers of vaccine hesitancy.
Take the time to talk to patients. Ophthalmologists have more opportunity to develop trust with their patients since they see them regularly to treat their chronic eye disease. This podcast from the Academy discusses how to have productive conversations with patients about vaccines.
Join the U.S. Department of Health and Human Service’s We Can Do This campaign. The campaign offers resources and toolkits for stakeholders to use to provide COVID-19 vaccine information to at-risk populations.
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services is partnering with the We Can Do This campaign to offer several webinars to walk through each toolkit and its resources and train community organizations, local voices and trusted leaders to use the campaign tools for vaccine outreach efforts to diverse communities.

I am interested in what you said, but I don’t know what EMRs are and I don’t know why they would be retiring if they don’t want to.
