“What is the long and short of it?”

Rifles and pistols.

This, and Texas building its own border wall, is the 21st century Fort Sumter moment.

We’ll see.

I seem to remember sniffing a RINO in the vicinity earlier this year.

Sort of interesting since Abbott couldn’t be bothered to sign the Constitutional carry bill that’s been on his desk for weeks.

Doesn’t matter a whole lot when a Texas judge can keep a father from his children for not having a vaccination. Pathetic.

This has been a rather mild summer but it seems ERCOT is wanting to give us some rolling blackouts. What changed so drastically from last summer? Presidents?

I suppose I should be happy for whatever little bone is thrown out there.

Maybe, but Abbott can’t even deal with the state’s power availability issues. He would turtle-up during live fire with Mexico.

Damm, you really suck. Really. Are you a DUmpster denizen?

Good job Governor Abbott! Enforcing the 10th amendment on the 545 member Federal Government stopped about a hundred odd years ago. The stolen election of 2020 is about to do what nothing else could which is to wake up the RED states to their job which is to face down the feds every step of the way for the next 100 years for every single encroachment they make on the tenth ammendment!

I wish Tennessee had as good a governor as Texas has.

As far as the border wall goes what will Texas do with people who cross it. Texas can’t send people back across the border unless Mexico is willing to accept them.

other than the gov stating the obvious, though it is sadly necessary, now challenge the commerce clause for starters.

Texas does have some independence built into their contract with the rest of the US. They really should finish the wall and enforce the border.

And while they’re at it, fix the stinking holes they permitted in the power grid.
