Special Counsels are by nature a partisan process which should be eliminated, they rarely if ever fully investigate what they originally were created to do...they cost a lot of money and do nothing..
So NO a Special Counsel should not be appointed because it will produce no meaningful results...

It is irrational to think anything that Garland would do would have anything to do with the truth or justice. Garland is a criminal running the nation’s largest criminal enterprise. The Justice Department needs to be shuttered and reconstituted in a much smaller form with a very limited scope. No current or previous employee of DOJ should be employed in its new incarnation. This is just one small step of many required to make America great again.
