An 8th grader in Virginia slammed Loudoun County Public Schools for a policy she claims lets boys use girls locker rooms, putting female students in danger. Jolene Grover, 14, spoke at the school district's board meeting on Tuesday to address its proposed policy 8040. She was pulled from a LCPS school last year by her mother. 'Two years ago, I was told policy 1040 was just an umbrella philosophy and you weren't going to allow boys into the girls' locker rooms. But here you are doing just that,' Grover said while wearing a shirt that read "Woman is female." 'Everyone knows what a boy is – even you. Your proposed policies are dangerous and rooted in sexism. When woke kids ask me if I was a lesbian or a trans boy because I cut my hair short, it should tell you these modern identities are superficial.'

The “rebellion” in Loudon County is worth watching, especially with a statewide election in Virginia this fall. Loudon is one of the DC suburb counties, has become reliably blue. But the “woke” school curricula and gender-neutral locker room issues have angered a lot of parents and students. Their mindset is reminiscent of the men and women who led the Tea Party movement a decade ago.
If Virginia GOP had a brain (and it doesn’t), they would capitalizing on this anger and offering programs to prevent radical curriculum and boys being allowed in girls locker rooms. I’ve seen a few GOP politicians trying to lead the fight, but Glen Youngkin, the RINO running for governor, has been saying the right things about these issues, but he really needs to hammer them home.
I don't follow the news like I used to because most of it is fake news anymore.
I definitely don't watch cable TV news anymore. Why waste my time on watching the Left spew their narrative and agenda to the viewers as if it were true?
And the interesting thing is, I don't miss it. The older I get, the more I realize that most of what I thought was important in life, is really not.

Girls should gang up on any male who shows up in their locker room. The boys would definitely do so on a girl showing up in theirs!

Yes, I’m in blood, red conservative south-western Virginia. Just like our nation, our state is 80% or more red when it comes to voting....by land mass. But, the big cities and coastal region screws us all. Transplants from elsewhere ruining it all for us.

Me and you both. I got rid of cable 2 years ago. Got Hulu/Netflix and dumped Hulu already. Netflix will be next to go. It’s nice when you haven’t seen any of the movies, but after 2 years nothing worthwhile left. Plus I despise series, having to watch multiple shows to get to the point of the matter, if ever! Now I have AGTV and Media Gratiae. Love them both!
