in a separate article, Jameson was singled out because he sketched a 10-yo being killed and cannibalized. The point that Jameson documented cannibalism as a common practice, was totally glossed over in pretend abhorrance and indignation that someone actually recorded the act.
Not mentioned in the article is that most orinthologists included native names with the latin classifications and common names - names that were meant for the understanding of English-speaking people.
