The Biden administration knew the key to a successful Covid vaccination campaign would be reaching the most vulnerable populations. But more than five months in, even a blueprint that’s worked with other ethnic and racial groups isn’t doing enough to win over Black Americans.
Less than a quarter of Black Americans had received their first Covid-19 shot as of June 7 based on available federal data, amid a weekslong stagnation that has defied the government’s ramped-up effort to accelerate vaccinations and reach the nation’s most vulnerable communities.

I say we double the availability of the vax for our most vulnerable citizens. If that doesn’t work, jab them while they’re sleeping.
And after the Left works so hard to sell the idea that all of America’s problems are due to the inherent racism of white people, why would non-white people take a vaccine developed by—wait for it—white people.

I work with a native American or Indian woman who asked whether she should take the shot and I asked her if she knew what all the U.S. gub mint had done to her people over the years???
She then spoke to her tribes elders and was amazed at their answers.
Hell no to the stoopid shot.
Don’t give the government any ideas.
If Americans don’t want the shot, let them be. It is their bodies after all.
I can’t say that I blame them for not trusting the government.
The more they push it, the less people will want it.

Perhaps Joe Biden should tell them if they don’t want the vaccine, then they’re not black.

Perhaps Joe Biden, the media, and so on, can start calling blacks antivaxxers, and we can see more videos of snide medical personnel trying to shame people into taking it.
Cuomo and NYS are saying that 68% of NYSers have had a least one shot.
I’m calling BS on those stats.
Wish someone on the Hill would get someone under oath on those numbers.
In my NY county, official vaccine totals are under 15% and less than 30 active cases.
I thought Kamala was saying she would never take a vaccine that was created under the racist Trump Administration? I think they listened to her. Give her credit, now, and when they die.
That’s the big bad secret. The numbers are on the wane, but the government wants to be able to declare the vaccines were the reason. The waning of a pandemic-level disease does not allow them to hold on to power.
Have dead people take the vaccine on their behalf
If you look through Moderna website, their major problem in the vaccine development was to recruit enough African American volunteers. That fact was solely responsible for delaying the vaccine by few weeks or maybe a month.
Maybe they should change the name to “Agent Orange”?
That might make them trust the Gov more.
