we really shouldn’t be surprised, all they teach in schools these days is “social justice” and “everything is racist”.
From the headline, I was expecting it to be one of those episodes that had celebrities and/or media figures.
Yet somehow they are familiar with the most obscure pop music and hip hop crap since 1980.
I had a cashier once who didn’t know what happened on July 4, 1776.
I’m not the least bit surprised. A few years ago, as Independence Day was approaching, Sean Hannity sent a young girl reporter out onto the streets of New York City to ask passersby what we celebrate on July 4. Not one of her interviewees gave the correct answer—which she herself didn’t know.

Did you see the one where Katie Couric was hosting? I forget what the question was, but the answer was “liver,” as the organ in your body. When the contestant answered it correctly, Katie said something to the effect...wow, I just learned something. I didn’t know the liver was an organ.
I almost wrote to Jeopardy, but I refrained.

Well, they picked the best cancel-culture white-privilege me-too guest host for this particular fiasco.
Welcome to the reality of American education. Not knowing stuff like this is the norm with people under 40. However, every last one of them has been taught “black history” and that homosexuals were “oppressed”.
PS - read the standard textbooks of K-12. Sad to say these are the books used in almost every private school too.
Who can for get Wolf Blitzer’s epic fail on Jeopardy?
