I haven't really tried the recipes, because I just buy the low-carb tortillas off the shelf and I don't use them every day. I'm not diabetic, but the Dr. had advised restricting my carbs, until my triglycerides were back in line-which they are now.
Just me here, and when I buy a loaf of bread I can’t finish it before it goes bad. I’ll freeze half the loaf.
I eat tortillas and pita bread too.
