According to this the United States owes China $1.1 Trillion as of Jan. 2021. Our greatest creditor is Japan at almost $1.3 Trillion. So here's the deal we work out with China. They cancel our debt and give us $1.3 Trillion so we can pay off Japan. Plus, individuals and businesses in the US can sue China for what ever moneys they can get in a US Court. It has to be a US Court. There rest of the world can divide up the remaining $10 Trillion.

$10 Trillion seems a bit low, Mr. President. Considering the multi-year damage and the lives lost to this, I would say it should be closer to 25 - 30 trillion dollars.
Alternatively, the world could begin to establish a full economic and military embargo of China until it withers and dies. I like that better than them simply paying the cost of doing business. Better to put them OUT of business.
