the problem I see is, China’s system (so far) can’t be hacked but a free society? bigtime hackable - by China. On the positive side, just like China, it could be used to isolate and target ‘undesirables’, from illegals to political opponents and gives the govt a handy tool to be able to restrict travel, where one can shop and garnish/impound funds at any time for any reason - just like China. What could go wrong?
The proposed vaccine passport is cryptographically signed. All that means is that they will need to see your ID which could have any biometrics they want or none. They check the name on the ID against the name in the signed passport. As soon as they have a checkpoint where they demand your regular drivers license, like the "drunk driver" checkpoints, the fourth amendment is gone. "Papers please" does not require fancy iris scans. You either present your drivers license or you get arrested.
You could have a fake DL and they could have an iris scanner or fingerprint scan to defeat that. But that's not the point. The point is you are being stopped and asked for ID so they can check for unpaid child support, missing booster shot, unpaid taxes, lack of weekly COVID test, posted the wrong things on twitter, etc.
As for the implants, those are put in animals under the skin, read with a reader a fraction of an inch from the animal. They don't work at a distance, not enough RF power from the reader. If you believe that everyone will be chipped, like your cat, then that's obviously possible, but will be rejected. Would have to be read with a scanner right over the chip. If you believe they have a tiny chip injected with a vaccine, read close up or at a distance, then you are wrong. That doesn't exist.
Physical checkpoints and chipping and marks of the beast has made people lose track of the fact that big tech has already marked all of us online. They invade our privacy daily. The have numerous gates and checkpoints.

That mark will change you into something Jesus didn’t die for, therefore you CANNOT be saved...you’ll be part beast, re-created in the image of man.

Broadcast? I can see taking a blood sample and detecting evidence of the vax. But I know of no way to "broadcast". I don't know of any electronagnetic or other waves that would be affected by a vaccine. Brain waves? Doubtful.

I've looked at that stuff in the past. First it doesn't provide identity or DNA to an outsider. It does allow interfacing in a variety of ways but those interfaces have to be attached or inserted. There's no way to do it at a distance.

There are plenty of good reasons to not choose any vaccine. But pretending that it is chipped is not one of them. Nor pretending that DNA alterations by the vaccine (e.g. by the J&J that I had) are readable at a distance. They are not. They cannot read any DNA at a distance, they need a physical sample to extract DNA from.
