My question - who exactly got hold of Fauci’s emails? And why are they being released now?
Masks were a necessary part of the operation so people would be made frightened and uneasy everywhere they looked. And, of course, masks provided a handy method of disguising identity for social justice “activists” everywhere so they could riot in mostly peace.

I have always thought masks were used to de-personalize us. Our unique features like smiles and expressions. Totally void with masks. The Stepford Wives, the Unwashed Masses, the Drones.

This has always been the case for any masks, minus N95 masks. The surgical masks and cloth masks were never advertised as protecting you. They even had that silly slogan, "my mask protects you, your mask protects me".
The function of the mask is to reduce the range and volume of the respiratory droplets which are the primary method of transmission for COVID-19. An infected person talks, coughs, or sneezes and the mask captures most of the respiratory droplets expelled and slows down most of the rest that make it through. And back in February of 2020 when these emails were exchanged, it was the only known method of spread. To this day, it appears to be the primary spread, with a secondary method being gradual buildup of aerosols within a confined space (which is why there's no spread outdoors or in well ventilated spaces).
Viral proteins denature when exposed to air directly. They require a protective medium in which to travel, like respiratory droplets or aerosols. Masks are effective and reducing the volume and range of respiratory droplets, but have very limited impact on aerosols. In other words, they help, but only if those who are infected are wearing them - regardless of whether the person who is infected knows they are infected.

Exactly. It’s embarrassing to listen to commentators from the right talking as though they really have Fauci and something explosive is going to happen that will somehow magically transform the country into Happyland. The media is a pure propaganda arm of the left so whatever news is coming out about Fauci has been carefully orchestrated and there’s some nefarious reason for it.
The Dems are throwing him under the bus and will soon be blaming Trump.
