Apparently, no one in the Kamala Harris camp was thrilled when Joe Biden fobbed off onto her the job of stemming the surge at the border.
Back on March 24, Biden said:
In addition to that, there’s about five other major things she’s handling, but I’ve asked her, the VP, today — because she’s the most qualified person to do it — to lead our efforts with Mexico and Northern Triangle and the countries that help — are going to need help in stemming the movement of so many folks, stemming the migration to our southern border.
Now the truth comes out: Harris's staff were actually panicking, according to this report from CNN:
After the announcement, Harris' aides appeared to "panic," according to one of the officials, out of concern that her assignment was being mischaracterized and could be politically damaging if she were linked to the border, which at the time was facing a growing number of arrivals. But another White House official pushed back on the sentiment, saying the vice president's team wasn't panicked.
"Most qualified" was definitely a joke, which would be the best explanation as to why they could panic. Some of course, told CNN she was actually thrilled, but let's just say the publicity-loving, selfie-taking Harris's failure to visit the border or hold any press conferences tells a different story.
The staff argument, though, that it might be misconstrued, and become a public relations problem, is pure nonsense. You can't solve a border surge by ignoring a border, Republicans noted in the report, so the claims that Harris was onto some separate issue from that was happening at the border, and that there was absolutely nothing to learn from people on the ground at the border, whether they were Border Patrol agents or actual migrants, is horse hockey.

How could they panic? The media has her back. The public isn’t paying attention. She is a woman of color which gives her a pass regardless of how stupid or incompetent she proves to be. C’mon man.
Joe’s sloughing of the border crisis off onto Kamala was a two-fer:
* Blame for the crisis would now fall onto her shoulders.
* He knew that she wouldn’t do anything about it.
Three Nationality Harris is not even eligible, mush less qualified.
The last job she had that she was qualified for was being Willie Brown’s sex toy.

The Left aren’t even remotely worried. After stealing the 2020 election with almost no pushback, they know they’ll never be out of power again. They laugh at us even speculating on a Republican winning the 2024 election!

Love her politics or hate them, the bottom line is that she’s just not very bright.
She is living proof that it is easier to get elected than to get hired.
Nothing to worry about, she hasn’t done anything about the boarder disaster, and if that is a sample of her work, nothing will be done on anything else. This whole administration is “Trash America, and do nothing”.
Hell, all the “mattress girl” has to do is re-implement Trump’s policies at the border, finish the Wall, and all is good.

All those illegals are future Democrat supporters. And they undermine working class and middle-class citizens in this country by lowering wage rates and gaming the welfare systems. The destruction of the middle-class is the objective. That is the only segment of the population that could generate people capable of removing the elites who control the system.
Oh wait. You had a different definition of "success" and "failure" than the ones the Democrats are using.
