According to a bombshell new report from the Associated Press, President Joe Biden and his Department of Homeland Security (DHS) are considering bringing back illegal aliens who were previously deported. The stunning revelation would most likely funded with your tax payer dollars.
The Biden administration is being pressured by open borders activists and the National Immigrant Justice Center who want Biden to issue an executive order, creating a separate branch within the DHS allowing illegal aliens the ability to request their return back in to the States.

The plan asks the government to take into account factors like people who were eligible for legal status and had applied before being deported or those who have compelling circumstances.
The proposal has been shared with White House staff, the group said. It plans to invite Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas to discuss the proposal and include a letter signed by 75 immigrants’ rights organizations supporting the plan.
A White House spokesperson referred questions about the proposal to the Department of Homeland Security, which did not immediately respond.

I haven't researched the issue but the pro argument is that the issues are limited to what the majority of the states determine. If we take back the House and Trump is named the Speaker the matter seems less precarious; while what we are presently looking at is likely satisfies a full definition of the word.

I’ve been so far outside of the box all my life looking in seems a strange world that is getting odder by the hour.
Then consider this - those who successfully adapt to living outside the box can only do so by maintaining an accurate vision of what is happening inside the box.
I too have been the only one out of step while later evidence demonstrated I was the only one in step. Holding such a position where others would capitulate takes confidence, and if what you say is true you know what I am talking about.
