(UPI) — The Pennsylvania Parole Board on Thursday denied Bill Cosby’s petition to be released from prison on parole.

A letter released by the board Thursday stated that Cosby, 83, failed “to develop a parole release plan” and must participate in and complete additional programs including a “treatment program for sex offenders and violence prevention.”

There was never any supposed toleration of knocking someone out with drugs to have sex with them. That’s beyond the pail!

Not all from that long ago. The two from the 2000s is what set it off.

He was arraigned in December 2015 just before Pennsylvania’s statute of limitations for sex crimes expired.

Only brought one case. That was the case which they could not provide a date for - just sometime within a couple of seasons.

And ambiguous date is a key indicator of a false claim.

It prevents the defendant from establishing an alibi for his whereabouts...

the “did we say june? We meant feb, or was it jan” move...

They illegally introduced five claimants with stories from thirty years prior.

This was the main one from the 2000s. You said it was all from 30 years prior. You lie

Even the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania has acknowledge that fact.

“The decision to allow five other Cosby accusers to testify during Constand’s trial is also under review.”

Geez.

“May 1 will mark exactly five months since Cosby’s lawyers and prosecutors argued before Pennsylvania’s highest court, with the comedian seeking to have his 3-to-10-year prison sentence vacated after being convicted in 2018 on charges of indecent aggravated assault.

Failing the court vacating the conviction, Cosby and his lawyers still want a new trial. They argued that trial Judge Steven O’Neill erred when he allowed at least five hearsay witnesses to testify against him about decades-old encounters. While prosecutors claim Cosby received a fair trial, the actor’s team also complained that a previous agreement with the District Attorney’s office should have been honored.”

The wheels of justice turn exceedingly slow!

Five months since the hearing...

And the Justices are still out for coffee !!!

Lets see... O they have the balls to go against the democrat machine?

“Pennsylvania Supreme Court Troubled by Bill Cosby Trial Witnesses
Gene Maddaus 12/1/2020”

1.
“I tend to agree this evidence was extraordinarily prejudicial to your client,” said Justice Max Baer, speaking to Cosby’s attorney.”

2.
“But the justices seemed dubious that that was enough to establish a “common pattern.” Justice Christine Donohue grilled Adrienne Jappe, the assistant district attorney who argued the case for the prosecution, urging her to spell out all the common elements in detail.

“Frankly I don’t see it,” Donohue said.”

3.
“The chief justice, Thomas Saylor, also expressed doubt about the “signature,” saying that the elements of the crime are “common to 40-50% of these assaults nationwide.””

4.
“Justice Kevin Dougherty also seemed troubled that witnesses could testify about prior bad acts that occurred decades prior.”

That’s beyond the pail!

A pale is originally a stake of the kind which might make up a palisade, or enclosure. The uncontrolled territory outside was then “beyond the pale.” The expression “beyond the pale” came to mean “bizarre, beyond proper limits”; but people who don’t understand the phrase often alter the last word to “pail.”

He says he’s innocent and won’t attend classes because then it’d show he was guilty.

If only. No I mean narcotics that were only legal to get from a pharmacist who filled out a prescription, but was prepared to not fill out that prescription for the right price.

There were two newer cases. Cosby drugged and sexually assaulted a woman in 2004 and drugged and assaulted another woman 2008. That’s two. That’s not 30 years ago. That’s what kept the ball rolling.

‘Goins’ lawsuit states she met Cosby at the Playboy Mansion, who gave her drink that made her sick and dizzy, the complaint states. Cosby then offered to take her to a room to lie down, where she blacked out, according to the lawsuit.

When she awoke, the lawsuit states Goins was naked, her breasts were wet and sticky and Cosby was lower down on the bed biting one of her toes. The comedian left the room when Goins awoke and confronted him about what he was doing, the lawsuit states.’

This is what the deep state does. They destroy reputations and imprison people.

Did Cosby do it? Probably. But so did Cuomo. What are the chances that Andrew Cuomo will actually serve any time over the allegations against him? Practically nil I’d say.

You are correct. He told the truth in stead of parroting the Company [Democrat] line. For that, he must be punished and neutralized. And he is. If he didn't know why he was locked up, they probably whispered it in his by now. In a tyranny, the truth is not permitted to be read, taught, spoken, or thought.

It wasn’t the sex, but the noxious substances he used to knock them out..

Correct. There was a paper trail of illegal Quaalude prescriptions from a quack doctor. Apparently he even discussed with this quack how he intended to use the drug. He couldn't use a simple "he said, she said" defense.
