I would take any statement from Amnesty International with a grain of salt. They may not be as despicable as the Southern Poverty Law Pimp Center, but I don’t trust them.
We know that amnesty international does not have an agenda and their veracity is above reproach.
Maybe the white people and dogs didn’t wait around for assistance.
Maybe the white people were more organized and calling rescue services...?

Amnesty International has the same integrity as the Associated Press in Gaza. Notice that they don’t denounce the actual terrorist attacks. Instead they’re hot and bothered by the racial mix of those who survived it.
