State Legislatures are conducting forensic audits of the 2020 Presidential election, and the result of systemic ballot-stuffing may be invoked to prompt the Supreme Court to supplant or to invalidate Electoral College delegations in at least three states.
This can be accomplished by filing a nunc pro tunc Writ of Certiorari, claiming that proof unavailable “then” [tunc] has subsequently emerged “now” [nunc].
Hand recounts are at various levels of maturity in Arizona, Georgia and Michigan while others are being contemplated in Wisconsin, Nevada and Pennsylvania.
If delegations are recalled in any combination of three battleground states, the 270-vote threshold would not be met—invalidating the January 6th tabulation—and the winner would be chosen by each state’s representatives in the House, where Republicans hold the majority (excluding the District of Columbia’s non-voting representative).

I won’t dispute that, but if the courts were to move now to hand the election to Trump, or even redo the election, the level of violence in this country would rival Syria’s worst days.

They possibly could... but they won’t. When the “chief justice” of the SCOTUS is heard expressing fear about riots if the high court ruled in favor of the Trump team, the system is already corrupted.
Overturning an election would look like a version of January 6th that actually lines up with the Left’s lies about it. And then some. No court is going to invalidate the election. If one did, the Biden Administration is not leaving due to a court order. The time for courts ended at the Inauguration.
There would certainly be resistance and strife. Fracture lines in the party would appear. It would be perilous but glorious. The dredging of the swamp would accelerate and America would step back from the precipice overlooking her future as a banana republic.
Dare we to dream of victory, and redress rather than debasement? I will not go gentle into that “good” night.

I don’t believe the election can be undone, it has been certified. Biden’s would be a Pyrrhic victory and a sure loser in 224.

I doubt it. Once the electoral college has voted, and Congress has accepted the results, then that’s it.

I would say no, because we do not elect the President. The electoral college does. You can’t recall or replace the electors because they only meet for one day. The Constitution is set up so that SOMEONE has to be President.
But then again there has never been such blatant proof of election fraud.

I think the best that we could hope for, is to prove massive vote fraud, and use that to drive changes to the vote process.
They certainly could as well as state legislatures. But don’t count on it. It will likely fall to the military.

Agree, and that’s how I’ve answered Leftists on their rags. They’re not going to lose ‘their’ president...but at least we can all agree that we need to make sure the process is fair, or if not, then fix it.

I suspect that the Dems will try to steal the midterms. It’s actually easier to steal a lower turnout election than a higher one like the Presidential election with record turnout for our side. Ballot harvesting and vote flipping schemes in key Senate/governor races and key House races could flip seats to the Dems that the GOP is expected to win, and preserve their current seats. And it would be harder to stop and counter with legit votes due to turnout being 10-20% lower. Compare GOP turnout in 2010 to 2012 and 2014 to 2012. The Dems can easily steal it if they harvest and perform minor flipping.
Nor will I.
