The Biden administration is reversing a rule initiated by former President Donald Trump that defined “sex” as biological, in an effort to prevent “discrimination” against (transgender) people in health care practices, the Department of Health and Human Services announced on Monday.
The notice of enforcement, while not a binding federal rule, signals that the federal government will begin interpreting Section 1557 — the non-discrimination provision of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act — to include a ban on discrimination based on sexual identity, rather than simply banning discrimination based on biological sex, as the Trump administration had. The change will likely require that states, which set their own Medicaid eligibility requirements, provide gender-reassignment surgery and hormone therapy to Medicaid recipients.

One story cited in a radio interview I heard said certain school districts can decide to start giving hormone shots to early grade school children if the teacher decides they should be assigned another sex——and do not have to tell the parents because the ruling was a parent has no right over this. If that story is true and is widespread, it should lead to big battles.

In Dec Becerra was faulted by state district attorneys for not taking leadership to help stop unemployment fraud during the COVID-19 pandemic, in what was described as the "biggest taxpayer fraud in California history"..... In January 2021, investigators said the total fraud was over $11 billion, with $19 billion in claims still under investigation. Most of this money will likely never be recovered, prosecutors said.

God decided a long time ago there would be two sexes. Women with XX DNA and Men with XY DNA.
I don’t understand all the controversy in sports with men who want to be women competing (unfairly) with real women. To my thinking, a simple DNA test should solve it. XX DNA, play with women, XY DNA, play with men. End of controversy.

I have had to apply for grants and aid because my company was shut down for a time because of COVID-19.
Nearly every application asked for my sex, race and age and if I was a veteran.
Going forward, I am going to note that I am a 30 year old gay, black female. If anyone questions me, I will say that I identify as a 30 year old gay, black female.
I will get more government assistance and it cannot be called fraud.
I suggest you do the same at every opportunity.
