Meghan McCain couldn’t hide her disappointment in her political party on this morning’s episode of The View, bashing Republicans for voting to oust Rep. Liz Cheney from House Republican leadership. In response to the congresswoman losing her post after denying the 2020 election was rigged, McCain admitted she was “having a hard time” with the morning’s news.
The conservative co-host pointed out that while Cheney has a “hyper-conservative” voting record, her replacement, Rep. Elise Stefanik, is “much more centrist and mushy in the middle politically.” Sharing a “throwback” with viewers, McCain recalled a photoshoot for Elle Magazine’s ’30 Women at 30′ in which she was photographed alongside Stefanik, then the youngest woman ever elected to Congress. While she was in awe of the young politician then, she’s since changed her views.

Trump didn’t cast even one vote.
Cheney was ousted by an overwhelming majority of her own party. It wasn’t even close to being close. She was thrown out on her ear.
Liz’s voting record is irrelevant. I don’t care if she voted for Trump’s agenda over 90% of the time.
Her failure to articulate the GOP’s vision and opposing Biden is what did her in.
She simply represents the past, and the Left is just pissed that conservatives aren’t going to hold their noses anymore and fight back.
Well, Meghan, let me explain this to you: “Oink, oink, oinkoinkoink. Oink...oink, oinkety oink.”

Umm, yes. Power, the ultimate aphrodisiac.
SO many ways to play this.
Republicans doing something for power within the confines of a legal and fair vote? Like the RATs didn’t lie, cheat, and steal “just for power”?
Such obvious lack of character that Mitt, John McCain, Hillary and now Liz Cheney lost and people like Meghan can’t get past it.
TDS still not in the herd immunity phase for them yet.
Rather than gathering up some graciousness to their betters and offering to work with them (grudgingly) they go on like Jeb Bush to try to spitefully get back at the kid who got the shiny new bike and wouldn’t let them get the first ride or play in the treehouse. Actually those young boys are probably more mature.
One past example. Hubert Humphrey was kicked around by his own Prez LBJ and lost to Richard Nixon. Late election night he held back tears and said “The people have spoken. I have lost. Mr.Nixon has won. I will work with him in any way I can to make this great country greater.”
Not “I have a backbiting hit squad lined up and I’ll feed information to his enemies and hope he screws up.”
She does realize she has a job on the view because shes a “Republican “ who hates trump right
