There were thousands of rightfully negative comments on YouTube from people condemning this idiotic and bizarre recruitment ad from the U.S. Army. Now they are gone and comments turned off. Either the U.S. Army and or YouTube decided the majority of normal Americans don't have a right to voice their opinion.
There is another youtube ad that is equally nutty, but they’ve turned off comments. ;)

These cringy videos are going to suppress recruitment. I was thinking of signing up my 18 year old to the AF Reserve, but probably not.
I saw part of it. Disgusting. Such a dishonor to our Veterans.
I watched about 45 seconds of it. Absolutely disgusting. I fear far more for our safety and security. This crap just screams “attack us, we are wimps.”
That commercial was absolutely nauseating. Not only did it praise the gay lifestyle as normal and desirable, it was totally about that, and not about serving your country or the benefits you get from being in the military. Gee, I thought the point of the ad was to recruit people to be in the military, not to be gay.
