Yup. I took a new job six months ago working for a good friend I've worked for on several prior jobs over the year. Real cutting edge stuff. My buddy is in way over his head, this is way more in my wheelhouse than his. But rather than defer to my judgement he has become a royal pain to work with. Keeps asking for more detail then abruptly telling me it's all wrong and demands I do it over ... without telling me what's wrong. He's never done this before but those were always mature programs that were in trouble, not new concept development jobs. Totally different skillsets needed. If you ask me it's down to a lack of confidence and fear of failure and that is making us fail. I'm starting to look at other jobs.

Seems to be a thing w/ Blue leaders especially: Hitlery, MicheleOb, et. al.
