DC Code Title 22, Chapter 45, § 22–4514.
Comes down to intent. If this person was merely walking around like this for some strange reason (in costume for some party maybe?), he’s probably alright. But bet your bottom dollar DC police are tearing apart his life, social media, etc. looking for any sign of ill intent. If he so much as made a disparaging remark about Pelosi or AOC, he’s going away for a while. Either way, he needs to lawyer up REAL quick.
