BOISE, Idaho (AP) — Idaho Gov. Brad Little has signed legislation aimed at thwarting a half-dozen executive actions by President Joe Biden to combat gun violence.
The new law came less than a week after a shooting at an eastern Idaho middle school injured two students and a custodian.
The Republican governor signed the measure Monday. It passed the Idaho House and Senate with veto-proof majorities and carried an emergency notice, meaning it went into effect with Little’s signature.

It’s a good start but if you really want to make a difference, pass a law holding ALL Non Military Federal Employee’s to executive orders, federal laws, treaties, agency orders and rules of the U.S. government involving firearms, firearm components and accessories, or ammunition, WITHOUT EXCEPTION,EXCLUSION,PRIVILEGE OR IMMUNITY.
Start Raiding their Homes and Arresting them
But have not the courts already ruled that the federal government cannot withhold funding to sanctuary cities? Idaho is just a 1st Amendment sanctuary state. Same rule. (Oh wait, if forgot that the same rules do not apply to Republicans and Democrats.)

I live in E. Washington, the only thing keeping me from moving to Emmett, ID is that both my kids still live here. Tempting though.
I hate it when guns go violent. They should do just as the user makes them do. No more. No less. They should stay in the holster until drawn. Not fire until trigger is pulled. My guns were docile ones but I lost them in a boating accident.
You probably have to run a lot of Boise’s newer residents out and back to the liberal nests they immigrated from. Shame what those liberal immigrants are doing to the place.

Little is a huge disappointment. I suspect he’s just now pandering for re-election and will slither back into the swamp in the future.
By the way, I see that you have property near Ruby Ridge. We are in escrow on property in Highland Flats. We are looking forward to moving up there from CDA eventually. It has gotten too crowded in Kootenai County for my liking.
