What makes someone a Republican leader.

Is that like Al Sharpton being a black leader?

And it’s a seat that votes GOP a large % of the time. She manages to hold that seat while doing that.

Mostly votes that don't matter all that much. When it comes to key votes the bargaining begins and if a deal is stuck she will vote with GOP.

So Trump has over 95% support of the Party. He received more votes in the election than any Republican in history. Almost certainly more real votes than Biden. Yet these Bozo’s believe he is NOT the real Republican in the room.

Okay, good luck with that!

These Vichy republicans like Liz, Sasse, Murkowski, Romney are the problem with OUR party. They want to play nice with the Dems who would/will stab them in the back once they vote for anything Republican.

Give the Democrats credit they all circle their wagons together with issues. You take issues like Pro 2A or Pro Life and try to find a democrat that supports these issues openly on the national level.

As we all know all politics is local. We need to start from local town parties and get solid conservative leadership in there. Some of these leaders locally have been voting since Eisenhower. Thats great, but it’s time for fresh Conservative not Republican voices.

A governing party sufficient to save the nation must include those people, this the GOP cannot do, so something new needs to be built from the ground up.

That is never going to happen because the legislatures of every state have assured that only the Uni-party gets on the ballots.   Ballot access laws require third parties to have a large percentage of previous year election results or a large number of door-to-door registered voter signatures on petitions to get candidates names on ballots.   What California is going through now with the petition to recall Governor Newsom has to happen in each state for a third party to get on the ballot.   The two party system has ballot access locked up tighter than Dick's hatband.

Ballot access laws state by state described on Wikipedia

Miles Taylor endorsed the communist Sandinista-loving Joe Biden in August 2020.

He was also a CNN contributor, and was once billed by the NY Times as a “senior Trump administration official” in an op-ed by “Anonymous” when in fact he, Mr. Anonymous, was nothing of the sort, just a low-level dork.

Taylor was an intern for Dick Cheney. Chief of staff for Homeland Security in the Trump administration. All round lying government worker

What we need is a list of names. Then we can deal with these folks at the ballot box ASAP.

Let’s see, taking 100 out of 100 mil leaves ... what? About oh, say, 99,999,900 (R) members approximately. Yep, a MAJOR impact.

Can you imagine them paying for Madison Square Garden and watching the thrilling, charismatic rock stars come on stage——Liz Cheney, Kasich,Jeb Bush, Susan Collins....) to an audience of 50 aides, 20 derelicts who wandered in to panhandle and the janitorial and security staff paid to stand around in the empty venue?

So you saw those (barely reported on) Biden rallies too? Then wondered how the hell a man who can't draw flies gets more votes than real rock star Trump who had to set up monitors for the legions outside his venues who couldn't get in?

Umm, yeah - we're going to have to have that TPS report on "suspension of disbelief" on my desk first thing Monday morning. And I'm keeping the stapler.

("Office Space". If you didn't know watch it now.)

Morel, I usually agree with you but I give the disgruntled conservative voters a little more credit. When it comes down to the vote they won't skip voting no matter how their mouths run emotionally beforehand. Everyone with any sense at all knows we're down to literal warfare with these savage sewage-slurping swine and we have to do all we can do before violence is resorted to. They're too stupid to realize we're far better armed and most of us are long trained and practiced in use.

Seen any of those "Purge" movies? Much like that without the time limitation. And I pray to God we don't get there but the Leftists are provoking and leaving less choice as they continue shoving their agenda down America's collective throat.

I hear you clearly. And there is no doubt, when I post things like this, I am angry and that greatly colors my posts.

That said, after this travesty, there is a DEEP current of discontent, and a widespread belief among many that the voting process is undeniably corrupt, and participating in a corrupt process that not only seems not to be in line to get fixed, but in things like the HR1 bill, is going to be cemented in place to keep it unfixed.

My contention is in no way that the majority of Republican voters will refuse to vote. My contention is that there is a significant portion of Republican (conservative) voters who will not vote.

And it is significant in my view, because it does not take much to swing an election in most cases. Even if it is only 5% of conservative voters who won't vote (and I think the number is much higher-not from an FR echo chamber which all of us are vulnerable to) but in my personal discussions with people who have never even heard of or posted on FR.

I think this is a major concern. We can (and probably should) disagree on the extent, but even if it is 5%, those votes would need to be made up somehow.

You are right, many people say one thing, but when push comes to shove, they will pull a lever for an "R". However, this kind of thing has made many of us reach a limit. I am one.

I willingly voted for Dole, GW Bush, McCain, and Romney, I did so because they were running against Clinton, Gore/Kerry, and Obama. The choices were so horrendous I couldn't help but cast a vote for any Republican.

However, as it has often been said, "There are worse things than dying." Never will I vote for a candidate like Romney again, and sadly, it is not inconceivable that this Republican Party would present us with that dilemma. And if they would do that, there is no bottom to who they would foist on us. I won't take part. And I am not alone.

That is what the Republican Party needs to understand, and I am unsure that they actually do.
