Not blaming the victim, but who brings a child into NYC? Plenty of the blight is making its way into the news (even in a spun, political way).
Yes it is. I was shown a video of one of these crimes. It was passed around the office. It never occurred to these women (republicans all) that the person taking the video was a slime bag.
Fortunately Elmo and Spiderman weren’t hit.
