Senator Bill Cassidy (R-LA) said Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press” that if Republicans wanted to win in 2022 and 2024, they need Republicans that agree with Rep. Liz Cheney that former President Donald Trump did not win the 2020 election and was responsible for the deadly January 6 riots at the U.S. Capitol .
“What I found is there’s a lot of misinformation out there, when you listen to people and you present the other side you get people who are least neutral but oftentimes, ‘Hmm, I didn’t know that,’ and they’ll agree with you. For example, if I’m asked about voter fraud, I point out that Giuliani, under oath, said there was no fraud. Now, outside the courtroom, he says stop the steal. Inside he says there is no fraud. I point out Sidney Powell in March said that no reasonable person would have believed what she had said. No reasonable person. She’s playing people for a sap. Once they hear that, that gives them a gut check. ”
Chuck Todd said, “You know Lindsey Graham said he doesn’t believe the Republican Party can grow without Donald Trump. This debate is there, right? You can’t win with him and can’t win without him. Where are you on this?”
Cassidy said, “So the policies really worked before COVID hit. We had the best economy we’ve had in my lifetime. I would argue there are some who still see him as the messenger of that set of policies they felt was incredibly positive for our country. If you look at polls, there’s a whole group of folks that agree with Liz Cheney. And so, for us to win in 2022 and 2024, we need everybody. We need those who feel as Liz, those who feel as Lindsey. ”

We DO AGREE with Liz Cheney, on about 92% of the issues - she votes our way.
But obviously you mean regarding Trump. So, what you’re REALLY saying is that we should BLINDLY FOLLOW HER, you know like a personality cult following her, without even thinking about it. Right?

Cassidy bit on Mike Todd’s question. “Where are you on this?” Referring to a statement by Lindsey Graham and giving the statement credence put Cassidy in a position to then bring Liz Cheney (poison) into the mixture. I certainly do not agree with Cassidy, Graham or Cheney.
“When did you stop beating your wife?”
Cassidy is not smart enough to answer, “I don’t agree with Graham’s statement?”

Hey Bill, it is REALLY EASY for you guys to get us to agree with both you and Liz. All you have to do is ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS:
1) Why are the Democrats and the media in a panic mode regarding the Arizona audit?
2) Do you agree with the Supreme Court telling Texas and 20 other states that they have ‘No Standing’ when it comes to elections for the US president. If so, give us the reason why and what Texas should have done.
3) Explain the fake water leak in Georgia, the ‘ballots’ appearing from under the tables, and then the resumption of vote counting after Republican watchers were kicked out.
He can’t, but if he wants us to stop fighting for Trump he needs to. Otherwise we will NEVER stop supporting Trump, and he might as well get used to it.
