Earlier today, police arrested an organizer of a church service who was in violation of a new court order obtained by Alberta Health Services (AHS) in relation to mandatory compliance of public health orders for gatherings.
On Thursday, May 6, 2021, AHS obtained a Court of Queen’s Bench Order that applies to gatherings including protests, demonstrations and rallies. This order imposes new restrictions on organizers of protests and demonstrations requiring compliance with public health orders including masking, physical distancing and attendance limits.
Earlier this morning, CPS lawfully enforced this order by proactively serving an organizer of a church service with the court order in an effort to ensure that citizens attending the Saturday service were abiding by the current COVID-19 public health orders. The order was served prior to the church service, and CPS did not enter the church during the service.
The service organizer acknowledged the injunction, but chose to ignore requirements for social distancing, mask wearing and reduced capacity limits for attendees, and continued with the event.
As a result, Artur Pawlowski and Dawid Pawlowski have both been arrested and charged with organizing an illegal in-person gathering, including requesting, inciting or inviting others to attend an illegal public gathering, promoting and attending an illegal public gathering.
It is important to understand that law enforcement recognizes people’s desire to participate in faith-based gatherings as well as the right to protest. However, as we find ourselves in the midst of a global pandemic, we all must comply with public health orders in order to ensure everyone’s safety and wellbeing.
We continue to ask those who may be considering organizing or participating in any outdoor events to ensure they are familiar with public health order requirements and to do their part to prevent further spread of the virus.
The CPS and especially mayor Naheed Nenshi, have had a hate on for Art for many years, as he and his church feed the homeless, those with mental issues and drug issues, which cause shelters to refuse to help them. Art and his 'Street Church', are the only group that help them. The CPS tries to push them out of downtown, as they are an embarrassment to the city. They especially loathe that he feeds them in Olympic Plaza, across the street from city hall and that he has often preached on the steps of city hall.
That Alberta Health Services (AHs) would seek this injunction IN SECRET, without informing the defendant and his lawyer, so they could defend themselves it in court, speaks volumes about the so-called 'leadership' of Alberta Premier Kenney, a so called conservative. More of a CON-servative.

They were stopping vehicles on Hwys 1 and 3 to the interior yesterday and handing out fines for not kow-towing to Dr. Bonney Henry’s diktat about travel.

That’s why they were and still called RCMP AKA “REALLY CORRUPT MILITARY POLICE”. I heard that slang in Vancouver back in the 90’s when I was a kid, the same time ‘HONGCOUVER’ was coined.
How much is the fine and what is required for these assholes to send you to jail? I have work in Vancouver I turned down many times from the studios because I hate going thru 2 weeks of “prison” once I arrive and not be productive.
Don’t bother, we’re past that. Toews isn’t even answering texts anymore beyond the usual drivel. They don’t care how many people protest, or who signs what. They are going full steam with their agenda, everyone else be damned.

Is Toews part of Stelmach’s mafia? A friend who was raised near Cold Lake told me things about that mob’s control over business and politics in the ‘near North’ of AB.
I wonder what Kenney’s agenda is? If he wishes to maintain power, he’ll have to ‘fix’ the next election the same way the Democrats in the US did or else declare an all out dictatorship. I can’t see Nuttley standing for that, not because she believes in freedom, but because SHE wants to be Alberta’s dictator.
One thing I do know. God is in charge, not Jason. He can persecute the Church to the depths of his black heart, but it will just continue to grow underground.
In the end, he too, like everyone else, will have to ‘bow the knee’.

He’s supposedly a Christian, I’ve even talked to him and his dad at church. His brother I know as well and have worked with him, good guy, but I think Travis is compromised and Kenney was out for himself from the beginning.
After the recent arrest of the polish pastor, people are fuming. I can only imagine that’s what they want so they can stomp down even harder.
Knowing the depth of hatred that certain members of the CPS, members of AHs, and a certain mayor all have for Art, I would not be shocked (surprised but not shocked) if he and his brother David, ‘had fatal falls’ while in custody. Of course, the CCTVs would all be out.
Just heard Pastor Artur call the Alex Jones show from jail and pray! He was praying live from jail on a world wide broadcast that the truth will set people free. That is so powerful.
