I’m watching the altitude. It’s been as low as 136 KMs; as it skips across the atmosphere, like a rock across the water. At some point, it will stop skipping. 142.9 KMs now

A US hit is unlikely because its the high point in the orbit. Low point is indian Ocean Australia.

The Orbit Varies, the low point was 136KM. When it gets to 125 KM, it probably won’t come out of it.
