A US hit is unlikely because its the high point in the orbit. Low point is indian Ocean Australia.

Well, I just looked at your tracker (nice one, BTW), and it looks like in 2 orbits, that thing’s going to be over the US. Entering over West Texas, over the Heartland, over Chicago area, and exiting over New England.
IF it makes it that far. We’ll see.
