House Democrats' bill to erect a permanent “Attack On The Capitol” exhibit on the grounds of the U.S. Capitol

House Democrats introduced a bill to erect a permanent “Attack On The Capitol” exhibit on the grounds of the U.S. Capitol. The bill specifies that the project must be installed in a “prominent location” and retain a “permanent” status.
Property “damaged during the attack,” photographs, and a plaque honoring the “sacrifice of heroes, including United States Capitol Police Officers Brian Sicknick” are among the exhibit requirements. Officer Sicknick, however, died of natural causes according to D.C.’s Chief Medical Examiner.
“The Architect may include artwork created to depict the attack on the Capitol,” the bill adds.
The legislation adds to the Democratic party’s continued exploitation of the events on January 6th, epitomized by President Biden, who recently referred to the event as “worst attack on our democracy since the Civil War” and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who professed she thought she “was going to die” when Trump supporters entered the U.S. Capitol despite the fact the congresswoman was in an entirely different building at the time of the attack.

Will the artwork focus on the enormous piles of dead bodies of Democrats killed by Trump supporters that day? The fiery aftermath and ruined buildings torched by people who supported honest elections?
And we're talking thousands of people.
What I saw....people were shoved toward the building...caught in the melee.
You really think that 400 people, with "0" weapons pulled off an "insurrection".
Nothing one Congress can do cannot be undone by subsequent Congri.
In your face division, this will not end well. How long before we end up with a Fuhrer or General Secretary? We are tethering on a tread. Already we hear of the 5 “murdered” Martyrs, what next next, the “Brian Sicknick Leid”? I seem to have seen and heard stuff like this before. Another long hot summer coming. Lets see how much damage it will take before it really boils over. Here is where real leadership is needed before it turns to chaos. The no balls wishy washy types will fail.
So far, I think 400 people have been arrested. None of the protestors had a weapon. ...................... A weapon can be a stick used to hold up a sign, or cattle horns worn on your head. The MSM decides what a weapon is. Beware of the empty soda cans and water bottles they can kill you. s/
A little defacing with paint/crap is appropriate then.
They can do it, we can and must do it.
Get to work.
After all, it’s “free expression”.
Move the sessions around the US. Places that don’t have too many hotel rooms. How about American Samoa? Would protesters go there and mess with those people? Midway island. Ely Nevada. Anchorage-middle of winter.

Will the display include a memorial to Ashli Babbitt?
First....it wasn't pre-meditated or planned ahead. Not one person carried a gun or knife of any kind AND the only death was the assassination of an unarmed woman by the police.
How the hell can you say it was an insurrection.
It was a bunch of troublemakers doing their thing. Yes...Of course they were wrong and it looks like they will be punished....
Unlike the rioters who burned and destroyed property across the nation.
A pop tart nibbled into forbidden shapes....
Capitol ‘Riot”
They came, they saw, they stayed within the rope lines.
I think an "unarmed insurrection" has been not ever been seen since it was first discovered that rocks, bones and pointy sticks were useful tools.
